Head start is a privately owned registered day nursery committed to provide the highest quality day care and early years education for children from 3 months up to 5 years.

It is open 52 weeks per year Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m., excluding Bank Holidays.

We aim to provide a stimulating environment where children can learn the joy of and feel secure in a homely and caring atmosphere. We believe that the Nursery experience should be an enjoyable part of early childhood.

Our accommodation enables us to cater for different age groups and there is a safe enclosed play area for outdoor activities which form an important part of daily routines.
